Scout Programs

Girl Scouts

Each Girl Scout program includes a uniquely designed tour of the Susan B. Anthony Museum & House, and activities in our Carriage House.

Programs are filled on a first-come, first-served basis. We will begin taking reservations starting on Tuesday, September 4th. Any program is available at a given time, except for the Citizenship in the Nation program, which is offered at the times indicated on the schedule listed below. Make your reservations early  by contacting Programs at 585/235-6124 x1 or via email programs@susanb.org. A 50% non-refundable deposit is due at the time of booking.

($12 per Scout and $10 per Adult) (Minimum of $60)

Daisy Scouts: “Courageous & Strong” or “Make the World a Better Place” 

  • 1.5-hour petal program
  • Includes a 40 minute tour followed by fun activities in the Carriage House to earn the petal

Brownies: “Celebrating Community” 

What can you do to help your community?

  • 2-hour badge
  • Includes 40 minute tour followed by fun activities in the Carriage House.
  • Badge included

Juniors, Cadettes, Seniors: “Susan B. Anthony”

  • 2-hour patch program
  • Includes 45-minute tour, a 15-minute architecture walk to the park, and concludes with activities in the Carriage House connecting Susan B. Anthony’s life with girls’ lives today.
  • Sessions offered by age level.
  • Patch included.

Juniors, Cadettes, Seniors: “Centennial Women’s Suffrage” Patch

How is the the Women’s Rights Movement still a part of our current lives? What does justice mean to you? How can you advocate to impact the lives of others?

  • 2- hour patch program, includes a 45 minute tour followed by designing action plans and posters for advocacy.
  • Sessions offered by age level.
  • Patch included.

Cub & Boy Scout

Each Boy Scout program includes a special tour of the Susan B. Anthony House, uniquely designed, with activities in our Carriage House.

Programs are filled on a first-come, first-served basis. We will begin taking reservations starting on Tuesday,September 4th. Any program is available at a given time, except for the Citizenship in the Nation program, which is offered at the times indicated.

Boy Scouts: Citizenship in the Nation Merit Badge

What are the rights and responsibilities of citizenship?

  • 3-hour program
  • Specific 50-minute tour
  • Pre-requisites emailed to Scouting Coordinator
  • Merit Badge Counselor on staff authorized to sign Blue Card
