Take the NY State Thruway (I-90 East) to I-490 East (exit 47).
Take 490 East to Downtown, Plymouth Avenue.
Take the Plymouth Avenue exit 13 and turn right onto North Plymouth Avenue.
Continue on Plymouth to Main Street and turn right.
Follow Main Street approximately one-half mile to Madison Street and turn right.
The Susan B. Anthony House is on the left side of the street, halfway down the block.

From the east:

Take the NY State Thruway (I-90 West) to I-490 West (exit 45).
Take 490 West to the Broad Street/Plymouth Avenue exit 14.
Continue straight across Broad Street to Main Street and turn left.
Follow Main Street approximately one-half mile to Madison Street and turn right.
The Susan B. Anthony House is on the left side of the street, halfway down the block.
